Flight Dispatchers Dangerous Goods Training

Flight dispatchers and flight operations officers are responsible for planning and monitoring flights from the ground. When a flight carries dangerous goods, the dispatcher must know what is on board, confirm that loading and segregation requirements have been met, and ensure the flight crew has received a correct and complete NOTOC before departure. A dispatcher who clears a flight without verifying its dangerous goods status exposes the crew, passengers, and aircraft to avoidable risk.
