Our accepting passenger and crew baggage, managing aircraft boarding areas and other functions involving direct passenger contact at an airport training course addresses the IATA well-defined job function requirements.
The course consists of modules where students are required to complete several exercises achieving a score of at least 80%. Once the course is completed to a satisfactory level, students will be enrolled onto an online exam. Following successful completion of the examination, students will be issued with a training certificate valid for 24 months.
